Have u checked other tracking sites? Like track 17, global cainiao? If they said arrived at destination country, if u stay outside of lagos in d next 1-2 weeks, u'll get a call from the p.o.

it is a big disadvantage for sellers whenever things go south. Does it even worth it when customs no longer mind the declared value but make their own?

Please understand when seller says he can't declare low value on their package.

it's this kind of ugly situation that makes some sellers not to ship to Nigeria because they know anything can happen here. Imagine DHL lost item and can't trace it.

I made an order few months ago with gtbank card and I was charged 368/$ I filed for dispute and I was refunded back with 390/$

it depends! My order of Jan that I got it's refund recently was by 365/$. I think it's by Forex regime; you are likely to get refund at current Forex rate of your bank if your order was placed during this new regime (latest CBN Forex review).

I'm thinking, does orders become automatically delivered when it gets to the post office headquarters in any city before they push it to smaller post offices or is it supposed to be marked as delivered when when the owner has actually collected it
