I used both o. I used a laptop for my friend first, when it got to my turn the site kept going back to first page, I had to switch to phone and it was much faster without stress. You need to have a very good internet though.

when I was using laptop, I used both Google chrome and Mozilla. Mozilla for my friend, chrome for mine. But found out that Mozilla was better as I didn't spend much time to finish her application. Na over congestion dey worry the site now. Exercise patience till midnight.
