It shall be well with you wherever you are, in Jesus name!

No MA. Some ppl use hand. You don't want to crack the nut but gently get the skin off its body.

No, tomatoes shouldn’t be in ofe akwu. It is okay to put it, but it shouldn’t be there.

No try am o. The blender will pack up and run from your house. How do you people survive without a mortar?

Anyway, you can use your hands or put it in a small pot and pound with a bottle or that stuff for turning garri.

Lol @forego.

Forgo? No way! I'll rather wear leather gloves and use my hands. That soup/stew I'm seeing there is too good a thing to forgo.

Make somebody serve @ the op the Urhobo /Isoko or Itsekiri version of banga soup wey them tidy with catfish or mudfish from the wild, then run am inside clay pot. Then use starch take knack am. I believe the op go understand the difference between banga soup and bingi soup. tongue undecided cool

It is our version in that the base is similar and the process is almost the same till it gets to the protein, some condiments and leaf. It is not a competition on which taste better, I have eaten both and I still find it weird to swallow it, just as they find it weird we use it for rice.

Pocohantas, ignore that broke ass J111333 and let me introduce you to my cousin who works in Saipem. He is looking for a wife who can cook very well and you are a good specimen grin

Ukwuani people don't cook their Banga like this. We cook our ofe nkpulekwu with gborogi (water leaf), ugu, bitterleaf, egusi or okro. We boil the palm kernel extract until the oil begins to float and then dunk every every inside.
You see how people attract village pipu into their lives. angry
How can you call a lich man like me broke ass? Here 080601237890, call my accountant at Obosi Community bank and inquire how much of a billionaire that I am.

Pocohantas, biko ignore her. There is money and I can drive my keke all through the night to make more and take you on a Dubai Cotonou trip. grin
