I get your perspective bro.. Under development is of one the main cause of our problems here in Nigeria..We can't move forward if the poverty level is on the high side...Not only Edo state..... Aside using poverty to manipulate, The northern part of the country always try to inculcate the spirit of loyalty in their children that's why we see them support themselves en masse... The whole country is battling with this problem not only Edo state.... You can't compare the politics of 1960-1980 to the today's Politics...
