A friend of mine gave me an omatek laptop and obviously it's been off since 2016. but still shows the LED light whenever i Insert the charger.
I didn't bother to check on the laptop not until last year when I needed it badly. I discovered later on that the hardrive is missing.
could it be the reason why it's not displaying any image other than the LED lights ?
... moreso since it's been long do I need to change the battery?

hope it's not the power cord and the power adapter. Remove the battery and all other accessories from your laptop and press the power on button for 60seconds, after that, insert the battery and power on the laptop

it's charging but not displaying on the screen at all, if there is no hard disk, it would display on the screen that no bootable drive found. It could be a bad ram or the screen might be damaged

Pls help i downloaded bluestack and it couldn't play because of hyper v after disabling hyper v it still couldn't work, so i downloaded a hyper v disabling app which was developed by bluestack. after using the app to disable it and restarting i couldn't find file explorer, command prompt and windows powershell ise in the start,windows system the only thing still under windows system is task manager.
My problem now is not file explorer and command prompt because i can use them by windows key+x and choosing the one i want, my problem is power shell and powershell ISE how i can restore them

Any laptop should power on without a hard disk drive installed. If it is not coming on despite being plugged to the charger then something is wrong with it and not because an HDD is absent from it. The battery might require replacement. See a technician for proper troubleshooting.

Why are you disabling hyper v? As I understand bluestark, this emulator requires that option enabled to run. So I don't quite get what you're trying to do. Regarding Power Shell, type it in the home search bar. Does it bring it up?

hope is not issue an with the internet browser you are using or a network connection failure, or may be some error in some settings, you made some changes in the settings that is not valid and that is why it is giving that abruptly disconnection and service error when surfing the website

I guess it's settings, anytime it stops I'll turn off the system and turn it on again then it starts working but after about 2-3mins it stops again. What could be wrong pls. I know it's definitely not the internet service tho

Hope something is not wrong with your System Wifi, WLAN/WWAN Wireless Cards. You should first try and use another method to connect to the internet, Make use of an internet modem or Dial up connection, or router to verify where the problem is.

1. Go to your connection settings on your laprop and remove every network you've ever connected to it.

2. Go to your phone and do network reset if your phone is running one of the recent android versions. Otherwise, just remove every device that has been connected to your hotspot.

After these, try reconnecting and see whether the connection is sustained or not.

get a good antivirus, norton or Avg antivirus. your PC microphone is defective, it has to be replaced, thats why it can not record a sound
