Pocohantas, I added ginger buh skipped garlic, fear was catching me too much

It tasted nice actually, the calabash nutmeg gave it that local taste and the scent leaves did final justice to it.

Made one this morning with pork meat. No tomato paste. Rice and beans will go with it.

I went local this morning, I blended the tomatoes and pepper with grinding stone, don't look at me that way, yes I have grinding stone and I looove it .

Its unfortunate that my wife doesn't like pork, I would have been enjoying such delicacies at home. Maybe I will trick her one day by preparing something really nice and wait for her to finish eating it before I tell her. LMAO!

I need tips on how to make the noodles look good and tasty too

Ingridients : Indomie noodles (oriental fried flavor), one small carrot ( ever since this yeye Corona started I've been taking veggies and fruits serious because of the vitamins people claim they have that can boost immune system), two small rodo, little quantity of diced ponmo(I always like to much on something in my noodles or spag), little dried prawn, onions and ugwu leaves.


Process: I Parboiled the noodles and made sure it wasn't really soft like that then drained the water and kept aside.

Then I heated up my frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil( u can use olive oil or ground nut oil). I added the diced onions, rodo and carrot to the oil and fry for about 3 minutes before adding little bit of tin tomatoes to the mix. When I was convinced the tomato pastes had fried well, I added my diced ponmo, soaked and washed dried prawn to the mix along with the indomie seasoning.

Now because I wanted the indomie to cook a bit because it wasn't soft when I Parboiled it, I added little water to the mix on fire and then added the indomie. I mixed and ensure it was all fine then sprinkled my ugwu leaves and then my boiled egg which was in a stew in the fridge.

When it was all dried I took it off the fire, fried my Plantain and my meal was ready to serve.

Torn between French Toast and Pancakes. So I improvised by making the Pancakes and turning them into Cinnamon French Toast topped with Banana and Whip Cream with Ham and Spinach Omelette. A cup of Hot chocolate with Whip Cream.
