Please what do you need pipelines for in areas where the gas is available? Pipelines are pipes that move crude oil and it's associated minerals to areas where they are not available. Regions that have crude oil and its associated minerals cannot finish consuming all the resources that is why the resources are transported to other regions.

For your reminder, there is a pipeline from Russia to the whole of Europe which supplies gas to the whole of Europe at a price. There is also the West African Gasline Project which is under construction to take gas from Nigeria to other West African countries. There is again the Trans-Sahara Gasline project to transport gas from Nigeria to East and North Africa. Stop talking like a confused illiterate.
