But sincerely access bank service is getting bad since they merge with diamond bank, since have been using access never had problem with them until recently, 1 bad network. 2 unnecessary charges.. And so on... During February I was very broke I had only 1000 naira in my account, I went to the ATM to withdraw, I was using a current account. Do you believe they deduct 75naira from it, with the brokenness and desperation in me I went to the bank and deposit 100naira I no even send the cashier...

This is the abuse of bank withdrawal slips.

The person has picked a withdrawal slip and write nonsense and took a picture without taking it to the bank tellers for approval(stamp).

even after their message of refunding the stamp duty charge they deducted, some customers still went to the bank to show customer service staff shege. Na contract staff dey suffer pass.

For me it have been the other way round, I was enjoying diamond bank before the merger, now everything don scatter, I don even leave the bank for Dem.
