I always make my rice soft whenever cooking coconut rice to get that special flavour.

Yeah I used to bake in a microwave oven combination, a Kenwood product. It was pretty good, it could even grill. I don't know if you could find a Kenwood again in Nigeria and if you could it would be expensive.

Abeg. GgboyegaD still dey this group thread so? It's over 15hrs+ I never see him mashed beans,mashed rice,mashed vegetables,mashed plantain, mashed potatoes,mashed chicken,mashed stew. This guy dey chop things abeg,only one plate with a complex dish.
