See the PORT HARCOURT road the OP post. It cuts off from the main Enugu-PH Express road(A3) which is a federal road. They are 2 different roads. This particular one below belongs to the state.

I don't know the road in question but what I can see from Google maps is that the road isn't a Federal Road

I was in Aba yesterday for an event and I saw bad governance. The pictures below show the current state of Port Harcourt Road in Aba. It is unarguably the worst road in the entire SE.

What do you expect from a state where the current governor and the last governor have taken oath of secrecy in an Indian shrine? Abia state will never develop like other states until the people living in that state rise up and liberate their state from the grip of evil corrupt wicked politicians.
