There is the spiritual side to this, which has to do with demonic manipulation (demonic influence, demonic oppression or demonic possession) and there's the physical aspect which is through the weakness of the flesh, however I'll focus mostly on dealing with it when it's as a result of the weakness of the flesh.

The first step in overcoming the weakness of the flesh is by cutting off ties with anyone who encourages us to engage in such acts, no matter who the person is even if he's a Christian brother, sister, boyfriend, girlfriend, best friend, mentor, e.t.c.

1st Corinthians 5: 9 I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators:

10 - Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world. 

11 - But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

In the Mighty name of Jesus, I renounce all sexual sins that I have been involved with in the past, including fornication, masturbation, pornography, perversion, fantasy and adultery in the name of Jesus. I command the spirit of lust injected into me by the spirit husband/ wife to be destroyed by the fire of the Holy Spirit, in the name of Jesus.

I take authority over my thoughts and bind all spirits of fantasy and lustful thinking in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

See ehn...Sex is the Greatest weapon of the enemy against mankind or humanity. It's his most effective weapon and it's success rate is 99%.

Honestly , I don't know why sex generally is so difficult to control even as a young make or female. The reward is so sweet I swear but it's a trap.

Pornography is always giving sex a great assist and many of us are caught up in it. Some don't even see it as a sin or something to worry about anymore. The social media 9r internet nis polluted , our ladies are not helping matters at all.

This sexual matter is too strong , sometimes I think there's no way out.

Do you know even in America back in the era of slavery southern slaves fought against northerners who were in favor of the southern slaves liberation? Them were forced, don't do it voluntarily.
