Lala, na me go pound yam for you? Anyway, thank God for food processors.

It is actually one of the easiest soups to make. I created a thread detailing it recently. Just follow those steps and you let me know how far.

Wholemeal flour is a healthier option too.

Will check the baking season when next I go grocery shopping.

Look at poco, mirangle, and few others they focus on the food and not the props on table .... it takes away focus from the food which looks lovely

Pumpkin leaves still tastes kind of hard. If I don't see cocoyam leaves, I don't make the dish.

My mum always wrapped in the inside of the leaves, not outside. That's how I learnt it. Growing up, it was our Friday night dinner. Our house was was always full most fridays because of ekpang...lol

Lol I I don't know why but anytime we cook ekpang in our house everybody will keep asking me if it's still remaining in the pot.

The chicken is dry, you should have rolled it in some fried stew - ata súe súe.

Lol. My night is from 11pm upwards. I can even make moin moin at 2am in the morning

Dinner:
Burrito (Rice, Beans, Mixed Veggies, Chicken).

Baked some Oatmeal Raisins and Nut Cookies for snacking. I post the mix, the before baking, and after baking pictures. I followed the recipe of the Clean and Delicious lady on YouTube.
