I will say that they should the perpetrator through traditional ways. If the perpetrator is not arrested, arraigned and jail for his or her wicked act, the sorrow of someone kills another person child is and nothing was done to her is what will definitely kill the parent...
I have just been through my own lost last year, we are still investigating but a lot has been done.
