I contacted RCCG post office. The man at the receiving end told me to send him my tracking details. I did. I then call him hours later to confirm if my orders had arrive at their post office. He kept telling me there's a post office in my area. I should check there. The post office in my area has been renovated to a para-military base for years now.
Is there any other post office near my area( Obafemi Owode Egba, Ogun State) I can check at for my orders?

My other question is how can I contact Aliexpress's support team?

I wouldn't know really. I'm not surprised at those RCCG PO officials, they're as unreliable as NEPA in some areas. I've had 2 cases with them in the past and d delayed delivery to my clients/delivery PO were due to their ineffectiveness. Don't be surprised, your item might be with them.

So I lost a dispute today. I filed dispute 72hrs after purchase protection expiry.

Tracking showed that item has been in transit for 126 days, and has an "expired" status on 24track and 17track apps. No information that suggests it has gotten to destination and local PO has not informed of any arrival. Items ordered earlier than this item on Cainao have arrived.

I've appealed though, and I demand they show me a screenshot of their own tracking information that showed "waiting for pick-up" status.

I opened dispute today after waiting for more than 3 months for an order with AliExpress standard shipping as the carrier. Tried contacting the seller but he stopped responding after his first response. They initially gave me a countdown to (exactly like jboixxx posted in recent posts) confirm order received and they extended it twice. I Found out I couldn't "confirm order received" after the extension because the option disappeared from the order that is why I opened dispute.
Got a mail from AE this afternoon.
Please guys help me interpret these and possible actions to take.

The fastest way to get a human agent is to start chat with an order WITH no issue. If you chose order with issue, the system automatically assigns you a bot. So if you have other order (even if shipped today) if prompted to chose order, take that new order and you will see prompt to chat with a human agent. This is how I chat with a human bot agent
