On two different occasions the Chadians have come to our RESCUE. Once in February 2015 and their advance was so rapid we had to tell them to stop. And again quite recently before their withdrawal a 2/3 months ago.

What the NA was not been unable to achieve in years the Chadians were able to do in weeks.

So why did you come up with this nonsensical proposition that they will refuse to leave Nigeria.

To what purpose or benefit, that's simply not even rational to put it lightly.

They say " Pride comes before a fall" we are stuck in the delusional idea that we have some tag giant of Africa.

Wake up we have an over inflated view of our nation. That only we seem to have.
very few countries in Africa can face the kind of security challenges that we have and still be intact, look at Mali what happened to them, with they gallant troops, ask any one who went to Liberian about Malian troops, they couldn't handle their insurgency, if bokoharam focus is on chad, we be doing the same thing the Chadians are doing

Still deluded. A Boma wrath that we can't till tomorrow prove claims. You let propaganda of 1000 dead slide but will turn your beardless chin at NA figures even with pictures to boot.

Again, you're not normal

Go back to February 2015 to be specific Boko was running wild and holding territory and we still had not dealt with the international embarrassment of the Chibok girls.

It was before the Elections and Goodluck had been made to look highly incompetent at the TIME.

The Chadians were invited and it is well documented. They advanced so quickly and indeed we stopped them from advancing any further. National pride I presume.

There are those who are here who can give us even more details about how they advanced into Nigeria at our request. As well as for how long certain areas were under Boko control before they were uprooted by the Chadians.

So what is it that gets you so angry and indignant about the Chadians.

Chadians or STTEP

5%, I disagree, up it to 10%. My little brother who is applying for 73RC is following this thread too. before he loses motivation.
Up it to 25%
Which dirty kids of high ranked officers. The larger share of those in NDA are those that are related one way or the other to High Ranked guys.

How many High rankers do we have. How many kids do they have? Spread it over the number of RCs over the years and you'd see how small the number is. In 67,68 barely a combined 15 well known kids of these guys were in the final list.

A senior staff at NDA even told me to reduce age that he will personally see it that I enter, he even told me that there are 40yrs men that reduced age. There is room for merit no doubt but connection is still very much a thing at NDA.
Course 62 or so I know a guy his dad was a Brig.Gen then he so hated the military (only God knows why) but his papa wanted him to go through NDA, this guy purposely failed the 3.2km race so that he will be evicted, since the gate was closed against him for coming very late infact he was the last person he happily carried his bag and left only for us to see soldiers drag him back the next day The guy made final list don't know if he later joined up. That kind person you no need magician to tell us say he was helped.

Sold to buyers at any cattle/Kara market and transported to the west/other part of the country where it’s been consumed.

62RC (No be Okpeki set be that?) is as far back into the early 2010s. Long way from now. Something similar happened with Minimah's son Sopuluchukwu in 67RC. We had another one, Dantani. Bat had a terrible K-leg but he faced board & was I think 5th in his state. There's this colonel memory fails to recall. Thunder must fire am

That was what I was telling Nicheey. Things are way better now. It was because of a few people on reserve list 66, that made them call all reserve to train. Now the section that things are bent a way way lesser than what it was before

Yea! Okepeki the guy in armoured corp now.
For that reserve list issue I think it was one guy from Imo state his uncle Maj.Gen Onwuategwu then Commandant that pressured defence Hq because of him they called up all reserve candidates. The guy sef buy job last year he would have almost been dismissed I think they demoted him.

Why not adopt the same strategy used by both the Americans and Brits in Iraq? That is use technology. Use ISR birds (manned or unmanned/drones) to patrol the stretch of roads routinely. These aircrafts can detect terror cells planting IEDs or laying ambushes along the stretch of road, and then call in airstrikes to flush the vermins out. Equally invest in more MRAPs and Mine clearance vehicles, jammers, and more tools for EOD and Engineering Corp teams. I think that may be more effective than setting up OPs along the road using Special Forces teams that may be over stretched.
You're right sir and this is the logical thing to do. However what I'm suggesting is just a small term fix so as to mitigate losses before we get equipment let's say within some months. Using special ops on the road will put them in danger

The Nigerian Army is collaborating with Nollywood to produce a movie The last dance . I saw a trailer of the movie, It's heartwarming seeing the NA deploy their men, weapons, machines etc telling their part of the story..
It's left for movie producers to work on their graphics/CGI, and other technicalities. Person go dey shoot gun the sound from the gun no go correspond with the shooting, the fire from the nozzle of the gun is like someone copied and pasted PS2 graphics, also noticed that with NAFs Eagles wings.
They should spend good money to justify the input of the military biko if e pass their power they should hire foreigners.

So read from David Otto Endely that the purpose of targeting the UN helicopter last month was to force UN to suspend its helicopter operations so that food and medical supplies meant for IDP camps can be transported by road once again increasing the chances of the terrorists to be able to lay their hands on the supplies when they ambush such supply convoys. The security of IDP camps have been increased so trying to get the supplies after it has reached the camps won't work for them.
This is where NAF utility helicopters should come in, continuing the function of the UN helicopter(s) till the time UN resumes its operations.
We all have been seeing the patterns of their attacks since march,it is either to get food supplies in IDP camps/villages, or to distract/probe the military defenses.
Also, I think their migration to the North Central and North East are to gather resources through crime(cattle rustling) and to distract the military. We all know that they don't have enough manpower to maintain their hold in the territories they have right now talk more of expanding to far away regions.
If we can find a way to keep starving them out while also refusing them access to medical supplies needed to treat their wounded, their morales will keep reducing. Already, ISWAP leadership has changed three times in the last two months and we've been seeing members surrendering (some even with their families).

The Military Heli cannot serve us bro. UN has 4 Heli and uses Three daily. These Three Heli do close to 5 hours trip daily till Saturday.

98% of our food and Medical supplies are transported through roads. You wan use Heli carry rice? grin

It was a coincidental attack brother. Infact same thing happened in Monguno as the Heli landed and was even escorted out of Monguno airspace by the NAF Jets. The UN are just scared with the increase of attacks in our Military Garrison towns.

There are some communities that after we have shared food to the IDPs, they will keep a percentage of it behind the camps for ISWAP to secretly come and Loot till date. ISWAP/Bokoharam are not spirits na grin. They are people's Dad's, Brothers,Husband's and Sons wink

Have you not noticed that the Insurgency is very low in Southern Borno as compared to Borno North and Central Borno? Infact there are so many villages in Southern Borno not protected by the Military but CJTF and hunters

However, when the military improves its game we will move over to the tribal factor wink

Abeg make them still dey delay I still dey enjoy Maiduguri biko.

Abeg UN I'm crushing on that your pretty dark female technician. That lady reminds me of the late female Heli pilot. May her soul rest in Peace.

Just like someone said, there is nothing like merit in Federal and state government institutions. They do this to maintain the status quo. Even in a medical school, 65% of the students there happens to be kids of consultants , senior regs, professors etc. That's Nigeria for you. . Do you think Adeboye or Oyedepo will allow anyone who isn't their son or at least extremely closely related to them take over the affairs of their church when they depart? No.
That's the kind of society we find ourselves in . Everyone wants to make sure the legacy is passed down from generation to generation.
