Barcelona, I use God beg you. Leave Eric Garcia for us. Bayern have already taken Sane. That was too much a heartbreak. Losing Eric Garcia too will be like adding salt to injury.

The Goalkeeper of Arsenal is atrocious with his foot. Arsenal needs to keep signing a keeper in mind.

Well done to them.

Let this Bonanza that Man City and Liverpool are doing sha reach my side

High point of the game was towards the end where Laporte and Rodri had chances on goal from long ranges in free kick manners. I hope it was a tactical idea to break the deep parked bus of Arsenal and I hope Guardiola works on it and makes it an art.

In parked bus situations, curling long shots from the edge of the box like free kicks is the way to go. It fits into the time-space theory too. With the box fully crowded, crossing into those areas is futile.

Pass the ball into the box and return it out to the edge of the box for curling shots.

I hope we continue seeing this tactical switch in our next game we face a team parking the bus deeply.

Not in this life time and the next, I share almost the same feelings towards them as I do to Man U

Why?

We played very well. Definitely the dominating side with respect to play. Arsenal parked bus dor most part of the game. Not one to make someone sad.

You are a true disciple of guardiola. Most people dont understand him. They think it is about winning a match. That is how he sees things. Its a whole new philosophy of football

He has 7 goal contributions in minutes of 12 matches flop or not Real Madrid won the league and he contributed to it

Real Madrid should quickly wire Chelsea the money

That doesn't change the fact that he's a fringe player

He definitely learnt but in this game, Arteta accepted a tactical defeat and went for a strategic win. He also lacks the players to imprint his ideas. However, i feel Arteta is adulterated due to him playing too long in the EPL.

I am actually glad he left. I felt he was a poor influence on Guardiola. We became more fluid after his departure.

His saving grace is his work rate. I think it is time for Pep to give Sterling a rjn of games in the striking role. Bring in Bernardo Silva to work on the flanks with Mahrez.

I think City should hijack the Lautaro Martinez deal or go for Haarland, City will win nothing with Jesus as their main striker

After 5 years of football mediocrity he will hit form.

He can't even say he helped Huesca get to La Liga where you are called in to a game at the 89th minute. Particularly when you are not recovering from injury.

It says something very strongly about what value is placed on you as a player by the Manager.

You really cannot dress it up.

But of course the double standard favoritism shown to him is on this thread is incomparable.

He came late into the season and was still struggling to regain form..

Do not agree one bit with your analysis, Arsenal GK was immense, the whole Arsenal team were excellent. The poor team here was Manchester City in every area. Compare their loss to that of Liverpool's.

Manchester City lacked intelligence, didn't know what to do with ball, even De Bruyne at one point seemed surprised when he got the ball in the box. Never looked like scoring.

Liverpool created big chances, showed good intelligence and very good positioning against this same Arsenal tactic but their players were complacent and unlucky.

So you expect arsenal with a far inferior squad to go toe to toe with city abi? So you go use them wipe floor, I see. Arteta's game plan was near perfect, the Liverpool game had luck written on it but this one is a result of a well orchestrated tactical play

Super Eagles Super Agent William D’avilla could throw Club Brugge forward Emmanuel Dennis into the mix at Napoli after he would have completed Victor Osimhen Osimhen’s transfer to the Italian Serie A club, according to reports.

AreaNapoli maintain that Dennis is still on the radar of Napoli and his agent D’avilla, who also happens to be the latest intermediary to work with Osimhen, could not get the Italian club to step up their interest in the Club Brugge star.

Napoli plan to replace Arek Milik with Osimhen and Jose Callejon could be replaced by Dennis, according to the report.

Club Brugge hope to get as much as 25 million Euros in the event Dennis moves.

He had cost them 1.3 million Euros when he joined them three seasons ago from FC Zorya of Ukraine.

Knew Arteta managerial career very promising with the way he reacted to David LUiz's howler against City. Many managers would have let Luiz go, but be handed a new contract. After Luiz signed, 4 other players were inspired and signed extensions. It was as if the coach was telling them, "Just like Luiz, even though you have a bad day, I'll stand by you."

John Terry once said the reason why Carlo Ancelotti is successful is because of excellent man-management.

"He adapted very quickly and when speaking to me, Frank [Lampard], Didier [Drogba], he wanted to pick our brains: 'is this too much tactics for the players to do? Are we doing too much of this?'
"As players naturally, when things go wrong, it's the manager, it's never our fault.
I've never had a manager in all my career that actually asks the players and gives them a bit of responsibility.."

Man-management comes first, then tactical nous.
