I had to create a thread on this guy because I find him intriguing, lol. Thanks to Zimri, you inspired this.

INTRODUCTION;

Dean Schneider is a Swiss wildlife park operator and social media personality based in South Africa.

Schneider studied finance and at age 21, became an entrepreneur and created his own financial planning company. Schneider was a banker and financial planner in Switzerland before moving to South Africa in 2017 to establish a wildlife sanctuary and rehabilitation center, Hakuna Mipaka (Swahili for "no limits". It is a 400 ha estate for lions born in captivity. A separate area hosts zebras, impalas, kudu, hyenas, and baboons.[citation needed] Schneider shares, on social media, interactions with wildlife with the support of a personal assistant and a content manager. As of January 2020, Schneider has 8.1 million followers on Instagram. Schneider is inspired by Steve Irwin to help people connect with wildlife.

2— According to Dean, it is easier to build true relationships with animals because they don’t know how to lie, compared to humans who rarely speak out on their true thoughts and feelings.

Fun fact: Do you know lionesses prefer lions with manes and the ones with darker manes are the first choice for mating? They have a higher level of testosterone.

So the whole beard gand and attraction to dark skinned men is also in the animal kingdom...lol

Fun fact: Life is tough for lion cubs, but tougher for the males. Only 1 in 8 lions makes it to adulthood.

4— Only the queens in a lion’s pride are giving the king his value. After a male lion kills or chases away an older king of the pride- lionesses have to accept him, else they’ll kill him.

Lionesses play a very important role because they are raising the kings and queens, as well as feeding them. So, it is very important they accept him.

Fun fact: Female lions are induced ovulators. This means that they need repeat stimulation to release an egg. So they will engage in a long mating ritual, like every 15minutes over about 5days. I know J111333 would like this.

6— He thinks building a loving relationship with a hyena is one of the hardest things. I think so too and I am in awe of how he penetrated those irritants.

Fun Fact: Female hyenas have a penis (pseudo penis). It is actually an elongated clitoris and they give birth through it. It is also longer than the average human’s penis.

7— Dean finds it weird that we liken bad behaviours to animals. “Stop eating like an animal”, “humans be acting like animals, that is why the world is like this”

Obviously he thinks animals are BETTER behaved.

8— He doesn’t understand how anyone can hate snakes. He would most likely be surprised at the number of snake pepper soup posts on NL. Lmao

Worthy of note;
— His lions DO NOT hunt.
— When asked what would happen when/if he gets married. Would he introduce his family to them? He said it doesn’t work that way, he dares not.
— He doesn’t allow visits to his pride. They are not pets neither are they for entertainment.
— Few times he has been scratched by them, but it is all love. Tough love.

If the Lion had to make a choice between eating grass and him, the answer is obvious.

Animals going out of their nature to show and reflect love and affection while many humans can't even stay true to theirs and seek to do evil in return.
