Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to another thread where we are going to document the house construction procedure of a new home project for a friend I have known for long. The details of this project are as follows;

Project: Construction of a new 7 bedrooms duplex with penthouse
Client: A Nairalander
Location: Anambra state
Contractor: Spyder880 builders (0803 355 0750)
Architects: Casa-Phils Designs (Phildecasa) (0806 111 6988)
Duration: 90 days (Shell of the building only)
Budget: To be revealed later.

This house will have the following arrangement;

Ground floor
1 Entrance porch
1 Ante room
1 Main living room
1 Dining room
1 Bar
1 Central lobby
1 Kitchen
1 Kitchen store
1 Laundry room
2 Ensuit bedrooms
1 Side veranda
1 Curved staircase
1 Main staircase

First Floor
1 Ensuit Master bedroom
1 Ensuit Madam bedroom with balcony
1 Ensuit bedroom with balcony
1 Family lounge
1 Main balcony overlooking the front
1 Lobby

Pent floor
2 Ensuit bedrooms
1 Private lounge
1 Lobby
2 Balconies

We pray for a smooth working operation. Work is planned to start this weekend.
