For me No, reason is if she does cheat on me,
As much as all things being equal, I wouldn't want to give her a second chance.

Well speaking for myself I think we do. Not trying to justify cheating but most times when we guys get Hot we are just looking for the next available pussy to dump our load on and ease that sexual tension at that period, majority of the times emotions are not involved. We still love our wife or girlfriend and the sex we just had does not diminish that love. It's just that when it gets to that state as they say our brain stops working and our penis does the thinking.

The take home message here is that majority of times emotions are not involved when we cheat. Speaking from a guys perspective

But there are many guys who won't think twice to dump their wife when they hear she cheats. So I am curious if same men think they themselves wish to be given second chance or deserve same treatment.

If your wife/girlfriend has sex with a man, no emotional attachment whatsoever, would she deserve to be forgiven?

u have a point here..women's emotions are always involved when they are cheating unlike men.like that lady in benin who murdered her husband with the connivance of her lover pastor.i bet emotions where involved in that one.i am yet to see a man who would murder his wife because he has a sidechick.
