Corona virus hardly kills young people. The pandemic is gonna take a long time before it fizzles out,we can't wait till eternity to open our schools.

They should just go on air and announce school resumption date and stop this rubbish called meeting. When they were pronouncing lockdown up and down, was there a meeting like this? Useless leaders

I hope they will find lasting solution to this situation.
ASSU should plan to renegotiate with government concerning ongoing strike.

next fight is with the landlords and house agents

Ok but put the health of every child first..I don't know why politicians keep stealing money but can't invest in education..in this kind of situation, bring online learning to the children and share e-learning gadgets at cheaper price including reducing data cost atleat till the whole pandemic is over..this would have been the best option for us but too much looting don dabaru our economy

What kind of risk are you talking about?

How many kids have died since corona virus was first reported in Nigeria? Or do you believe the sham we call lockdown was effective at all in containing spread of the virus?

Do you know that most of these kids and adults at home have been exposed to coronavirus and recovered?
What you see NCDC reporting on daily basis are just a few cases that presented to the test centers.

Even you might have been exposed without knowing it!

So disturbing. When students resume, I hope most of us won't resume as baby daddy's, pregnant women and yahoo boys and girls. Half a year and no schooling is actually a waste for most students.

If not for the fact that I came to conclusion on skill acquisition just to keep my mind together and busy, maybe I would have committed suicide.

I think schools should resume, online, so that the school year can be successfully concluded.
The schools can collect tuition fees for the above, though it should be reduced. This way proprietors can pay teachers and other staff while earning some income themselves.
Zoom app should come in very useful here.

your comment based on sentiments if conditions for schools to reopen are in place no reason for schools not to resume..
