you don't want to complete that flyover at ozizioma junction that you have been using local community people to construct, the most annoying part is that this as hole have been there for the past four year now, while wike has almost complete four flyover in rivers state in few month.

He never fail to impress his Mastes up north, with green white green white at the detriment of color blend. more nigerian than Lugard himself.
