2. The person may live just as a chronic carrier and eventually died from other causes
3. The person may develop acute fuminant hepatitis and die of acute liver failure
4. The person may develop chronic liver disease and die of liver cirrhosis.
5. The person may develop liver cancer and die from it.

Yes, there are drugs that are aimed are reducing the viral loads, halting progression of liver disease and decreasing the rate of transmission.
Some of them are expensive, and I don't know how readily available they're in Nigeria.
But then, it's not every patient that qualifies for antiviral therapy(Livolin is not an antiviral drug).
Every positive patient has to undergo serology tests to determine if he's qualified for treatment with such drugs.
A patient whose serology results show his status as a chronic carrier or chronic inactive hepatitis B infection, doesn't need any antiviral drug.
Stuffs like Livolin and a healthy lifestyle that involves abstinence from alcohol and certain medications will just be enough, while undergoing regular liver function tests.

I actually have it, later discovered dat my dad has it so it's from childbirth, did liver function test and all that in university of Abuja teaching hospital, they didn't give me any drugs to take dat mine can go on its own dat i should just avoid alcohol, stress and all that. I went for typhoid test in Garki so they now discovered that i have it sometime 2016 and till now no drugs and I'm fine. My dad is almost 70 years he's fine so i have no cause to worry about cause i was told that my own case wasn't acute one.

Most of these people are fully aware of the existence and implications of having any of these viruses/diseases, but have been trained by their pastors and imams to reject having them.
Their new teaching is that once you reject what the doctor diagnose you with, you won't have it.
Remember they respect these religious leaders far more than anyone else.
The government can't do anything about such beliefs and practices.

Oga just go and sleep or continue your work. Jesus Christ Have been doing it for years and I have seen people That have been infected with HBV went for the test got cured and even when the protein antibodies of the virus was scanned when the person wanted to donate blood, there was no evidence that he had been infected by the virus. This person I know was like a brother when he was going through this was terrible. Eyes yellow, Even his body turned yellow, the level of bilirubin was in billions but to our surprise after 7month. It was like a miracle.
So brother, You know what people write and you read to assimilate them, but there is somebody that doesn't go through that principle, all you need is just Faith and you will be surprised what that 5 letter word can do for you.
