Which state are you? I could refer you to a friend in oyo if u are closer. Most of their staffs went home with the registration setup (computer + scanner + printer) due to the lockdown.

Well, their registration centres said they are not working until schools start working, but I have heard some people registering recently for NIN because of immigration purposes, it seems you can get it done in immigration office presently, but you should be ready to pay and pray God direct you to the person that will help you.

Did you dial that *346# code with the phone number linked to your BVN? It has to be. You don't have to register for NIN in their office to get NIN. Once you have a BVN, NIN is automatically assigned to you through the phone number you used in registering for BVN.

I have same issue too, those guys at nimc just shut down their officers preventing people to registered or collect their nimc slip to upgrade their bank acct. Ive registered b4 the lockdown but d bank requested i come with the slip.

You must have been aware that your BVN is directly linked to your supposed nin number if you had ever gotten any one before and since you don't have a national ID number, automatically you can't withdraw because time has elapsed not just for you but for every one in your case who doesn't have a national ID number
