Akeredolu wife , Went to different ministries in the state and she sack many yoruba workers replaced them with her brothers and sisters from imo or Enugu.

Same Akeredolu wife led her people to Dimeji Akure demanding for igbo king in Akure.Thank God they met their Waterloo.

I'm not sure she did the first paragraph.
If she did it, then she didn't do it publicly.

But the 2nd paragraph isn't correct.
Deji, requested the presence of Eze Ndigbo in his palace because the eze ndigbo guy appointted igbo man as the head of the market in Akure.
It was against the tradition of Yorubaland.

Deji request for his presence.
He then wore his crown to meet him in his palace, then the youths flogged the hell out of him and banned Eze ndigbo in the entire Ondo state.

This happened in Mimiko tenure not Aketi.

If your own daughter had no chance amongst her people......what chance does a Yoruba woman stand?

You are the first person to truly key in to my thread on diversity and reciprocity.
At least, she bought forms and contested and but failed.
Next time she might be lucky.
Anambra is a state with well enlightened and rich ppl,Anambra has an APGA governor but 2 PDP senators and the 3rd from an unknown YPP.
Not even 1 APGA senator.

Same them will tell you no Yoruba In Enugu or Anambra , later they will still come out that Yorubas in the southeast are herbal sellers.

Although hardly you will see a Yoruba man leaving southwest for southeast for green pastures. The place you igbos leaving in masses is that where you want me to move to?

The reason why Yoruba not migrate to other regions is Because of the lack of social amenity in the each region. If I want to move from my domain there are many things must consider before I do.

Have you ask yourself why Dangote company can't be found anywhere in the southeast .

Very valid questions.

I cannot move from a position of efficiency to that of deficiency. Nobody in their right mind does that. The sprinkle of Yorubas in SE are civil servants of FG and they were posted there involuntarily. No Yoruba person voluntarily leaves Yorubaland and resettles permanently in SE.

Dangote has establishments in every region. His absence in SE speaks volume.

Lolz.
Looks like I'm arguing with a child.
Nobody said there's no yerobber in Igbo land.
Them plenty well well but what is their contribution to the economy and the society in general?
You can't compare an agbo seller whose wares is worth less than 2 thousand naira or Ade the old school electrician who has refused to upgrade to use of scanners to Emeka whose goes to Lagos to stock his spare parts shop with at least 2 million naira every month.
Emeka makes sure he buys land in the outskirts of Akure once every 2 years and starts building his personal residence and commercial houses in those lands in a few years while Sikiratu with her agbo basin will remain a tenant forever in d ghetto part of Enugu as long as she is in Enugu.
Emeka contributes handsomely anytime funds are being raised for building his church, children's schools, community development while Sikiratu is nowhere to be found on such occasions.
If elective positions come up,Emeka will buy nomination forms at 5 million naira and is already known as a giver and philanthropist while Sikiratu needs palliative herself grin
Coming to living outside their homelands, the Chinese who are found in every nook and cranny of Nigeria, is it also b/c they lack social amenities in their places?

Jegede's wife is Mrs Eno Jegede. I dont know where she is from, can't find her Yoruba name or maiden name.

People that know these things should contribute the info. This is not about party.

Yoruba First!

You honor our people in your region, we honor your children in ours. The ties of cross-exchange will go a long way in cementing alliance, peace and unity.

If we have been honoring your children in our land and you shut our children out in your region, we will respond and shut your children out on our side.

Eno should be from Cross River or Akwa ibom.

Yorubas are cowards, they can't contest in the east and do not prosper in businesses because they depend on Unions. Go to the west, they have a union for selling pure water.... Can you imagine. Pure water.

These people hate competition so will set prices for everything, so that their Union can survive. The same way they depend on government for handout.

The east do not depend on Unions so competition is high. A Yoruba woman will rather prostitute while selling agbo because it's beneficial to them.

You can have sex with their women just by saying their agbo didn't work... Its that easy.

And they wear leggings in the east to ply their trade rather than tying wrappers as they do in the west.

As regard the marriage, how else would you assimilate the foreigners in Yorubaland? We have to marry these people, but am sure their children would be Yorubanized, so it is still a win for the Yoruba people and culture.

You are right, Lagos has become for them a sanctuary. This campaign is to stop Ondo from becoming a sanctuary. Electoral victories back to back with non-Yoruba women as First Ladies is not good for our future in Yorubaland. We blamed our fathers and grandfathers for letting down the guard down too long and put us in the current position in Nigeria. It is our opportunity to raise those walls back up and own the right of way at the gate entrance.

This is why as big as d business environment is in Abuja, you will hardly see a yerobber who owns a business cos no room to practice mgbati mgbati tribalism.Their own na anywhere they can practice mgbati mgbati tribalism and steal govt money with pen.
The Idomas with half a state have more presence in the business arena than the Yerobbers with their 5 states.

Every society in civilized world practices diversity but self-preserves its future and interest inspite of the drive for inclusion. We cannot be different because we want to impress that we are educated and advanced. Those far advanced than us in education do not tolerate half the bombastics we absorb. Yoruba is the proverbial righteous man instructed in Bible to turn the other cheek and receive a second slap after the first.

No society in modern world turns second cheek for next slap! Let's tidy up and get Yoruba Woman into the First Lady Office in October.

From what Ive seen, if true that Eno Jegede is not Yoruba, both the APC and PDP candidates in Ondo are ineligible to satisfy a Yoruba Woman becoming First Lady. They should be skipped and victory should go to next most eligible candidate.

On the issue of General election and our opportunity for victory. What I hear is that we must preserve the Yorubaman's eligibility and chance of victory at national level by demonstrating our patriotism ahead of 2023.

Does not the Yorubawoman equally deserving of our patriotism in Ondo?

I believe Yoruba will troop out for our son in 2023, regardless of what party is in the respective state houses at that time.

The reason why there is uproar in Ondo is majorly because of the present first lady's overbearing interference in the administration of her husband. However, it won't be same in all situations.

Real men don't give room for such, and at that, Rotimi Akerodolu had below pass mark in separating his family affairs from the state's political administration. At a point in time, he wanted to appoint his son, Babajide as the Chief of Staff which was met with a stiff resistance. Akeredolu has not neccessarily failed his people in overall governance.

The politics of inclusiveness brought us where we are but it is very germane to set a boundary line for those who always choose to deride our ethnic background.

A call for a Yoruba first lady might not go through now, but we can only put much pressure on our government to put Yoruba agenda first in all representations within the region.
