Am still having the same issue but I registered online for the uniben transcript at uniben alumni but they are asking for20k within Nigeria outside 35k am confused self.someone should pls help

I need help too... I just made my payment, and submitted my application via UNIBEN alumni kofa page. I did not upload my elegibility, and statement of result because the files were larger than the space. I did not also state the purpose of the transcript because I was sending it to an organization. I don't know if my application will be accepted cause I could not edit after I have submitted it.

Have you gotten any response from uniben? or gotten your transcripts?

i haven't . i had to ask my course rep to help me. one of the staff at the student records dept said i filled rubbish on the application form, so i sent a little cash for them to help out. i was told it has been done properly, and sent to the unit i charge. so i am hopeful they attend to it as soon as possible. but my problem is that i cant access my profile again. i am tired tired. i cant wait for the process to be over.

can photocopy of eligibility be use, as I can't find my original?

I'm in the same shoes. I was about to create a new thread for this same issue.

I applied for transcript since October. Paid the required money. Uploaded all the required documents and till now I've not seen or heard a peep. Where I requested the transcript to be sent, they too haven't seen anything.

There is no number to call, no e-mail to send message to. I'm getting frustrated as deadlines are closing left, right and center.

I will appreciate it if someone can help with anybody that can assist in this endeavour. Please o!

Please can this contact help with email verification fro Wes, my transcript was sent to Wes and Wes has accepted my masters certificate but they requested for re verification from uniben, uniben responded via Dhl but Wes refused to update the profile becuz they want email verification. Pls do you have any contact in record office that can help me respond to the email.

I base in benin city and I have help a friend who travel to UK in dex get her transcript. The thing is since they start the online thing it has not been funny and you know those guy in the office need cash to fine your file fast and also work on it and if you apply online and not settle them it will tale long. You can message on whatsapp and state you dept let me check them out for you. 07030057263. And I will need a copy of the online application also.

Where you not supposed to handed over an official copy of your transcript alongside your degree certificate?

If its through ext forget it. That money is lost. Now everything is done thru uniben.edu
