With the right policies, a president can control its currency thereby devaluing other currencies..

China is constantly devaluing its currency, it's supposed to be higher than the US Dollar today.. but with the right policy, they felt constant devaluing would bring more patronage, even at the detriment of the chinese peoples minimum wage.
