Ooo la la! I was shocked by the profligacy and corruption under GEJ. But the current situation is sobering. It's on another scale. More is on the way though - universities will soon announce they spent hundreds of millions of naira on cutting grass. They've been prepping us this past week with pictures of grass 'taking over' their campuses. Most contracts are grossly inflated.
