Yes, if you have a microwave that's your best option. just mix your semolina with water, put in the microwave to cook. After some minutes bring it out stir properly and cook again. You can use desame procedure for amala as well.

It's a hobby on some days and a necessity on other days. I feel better when I eat my own food and eat healthy.
I love bread too but there needs to be some balance.

I feel better when it's someone else's food, it tastes better. Although I'm a really really good cook , terrible baker tho.
