Good morning All, please which is better for an MBA - University Canada West and Vancouver Island University. I got admit for both. Also, i plan to stay back after my studies and possibly settle in there.
It all depends on your interest in the location and what you want based on your criteria.
Both schools are okay for MBA.

I'm also in a related dilemma. I've tried paying my application fee for university of Windsor but it keeps showing e-commerce error: invalid card details. I've tried several MasterCard and VISA cards. Any help will be appreciated.
N.B: I've used this card to pay for other Canadian universities application fee and there was no problem.

Use a credit card or dollar card
naira cards don’t work.

4. Please do well to go there with proof of payment of medical fees. I did not print my transfer slip and that caused a little delay for me. The officer wanted to send me out to print it but I had to practically force him to print it with the printer in the office. This method may not work for everyone so please go there with the print out of your transfer. Also try to do the transfer two days before your appointment date. It'll make confirmation easy for you. In my case, the officer wrote "Pending" on my progress slip because they were yet to confirm transfer. Save yourself that hurdle.
Alright, Roger that,
thanks for this Heads-up

I got a question

Is this right selection to make for a student who is not going with a family member?

Find attached the screenshot below

Thanks...

I used a zenithbank debit card. It processed the payment successfully in 3 seconds after filling in card details. But I didn't like the experience because there wasn't any sort of authentication prompt. I don't know if others also noticed this

If you use a MasterCard or Visa card for international payments, they don't usually send any authentication except you've activated MasterPass or Verified by Visa on your card. If you are concerned about your security, you should activate them from your bank.

Do you know how I can get a copy of the medical report? I forgot to ask IOM when I did the medical screening and I can't find anything on that online.

...but I already deferred my admission to Winter 2021

It doesn't matter at this point. Just wait for VFS to open and get your TRV before January 2021. They won't rescind the AIP just because you've deferred.

I had same challenge when I wanted to submit mine,
I tried Polaris , Zenith, first bank ATM card (all MasterCard) was not working,(Transaction Declined)

So I tried someone's ECOBANK ATM Card (MasterCard), and Transaction was successful,

A member in this forum also had same same challenge. So it was his sister's STANBIC Bank ATM CARD (Master Card) that worked.

Also Try other Bank's ATM CARD

And make sure there is Sufficient amount of money there (at least #75k)

Thanks alot bro

Can i do a Mobile Bank payment to the Bank then Print the Screenshot of the payment as a Proof Of Payment
or
its compulsory I go to the required bank to do the payment,

cos I saw in the IOM Account Payment Details, a SWIFT CODE/BIC which am not sure there is a column for that on a Mobile Banking APP.

Thanks..

You can do a mobile transfer and print the receipt or proof of payment. That's what many people do. If you have a Standard Chartered Bank near you and you are willing to go through that stress, you can visit the bank then.

It's well understood. Thank you very much.

Osemigho:

As someone said before, you can renew your permit after. However, it might not be a prudent decision to attend a college first, then masters, except you have a low GPA. I will go for a masters if I can. If you are worried about securing admission, you will always see schools that offer multiple semester admission for professional programs like MEng. Your money is important to them. All the best.

That's because your bank must have activated either MasterPass or Verified by Visa automatically. Other banks do not do this and you have to request for it. Apart from that, if you use the cards on Nigerian payment terminals, they ALWAYS send OTPs. The problem is with international websites.
