Hello

Like I said earlier, I used 100 naira Tigernuts to make it. I don't know how much they sell in your location. However, get one cup of Tigernuts (measuring cup "cup" wink

Soak your Tigernuts in water for 24hrs
Drain the water
Put the Tigernuts in a blender or food processor. Add in 4 cups of water and blend till it is creamy and well ground.
Using a colander, sieve or cheese bag, squeeze out the juice (milk) into a clean bowl.
Pour the pulps (shafts) back into the blender. Add in another cup of water and blend for about 3 minutes. Repeat the above process.
You can drink like that or serve chilled.

The first pics is the first milk I got. It was highly concentrated and sweeter. The second pics was from the second blending.

If you like it sweeter, you can add Dates and Coconuts

Thanks Boss... I don't think there is any summer without bbq cheesy

The funniest thing is that the Bbq Grill is always in my bag cheesy

Having it with Bread.. Spread with mayonnaise first.

Honestly he's one lucky dude. Me, I've taken to asking them to buy me yams and pototoes from home (lokoja) cos each time I buy yams here, na with vex so I stopped.
