To the best of my knowledge, scholarships for coursework studies are quite limited (compared to research). You will need to check the scholarship available at UniMelb itself that you qualify for as a starting point. The CoVID crisis also may also reduce scholarship options available generally.

Good day house. I applied for the University of Melbourne's Graduate Research Scholarship last year and I received a mail that I have been offered the scholarship. Meanwhile, I am yet to get the admission (which suppose to come along with the scholarship). I have completely filled all the necessary information required on the application portal except the acceptance letter from a supervisor --because of this the admission has been pending since October 2019 till date. I have sent many expression of interest to potential supervisors whose research works aligns with mine yet no positive response. My question is what method can I employ to get a supervisor for the MPHIlL Agricultural Sciences.

Do you mean 3 recommendation letters?
Who did you get yours from? Lecturers? Local police station?

When writing to potential supervisors let them know you already hold a scholarship, it might help.
