I am freaking out about this, My boss asked me out on a date which I think is innapropriate but I love my job and i was looking for a loooong time before i found it so I will be damned if i give up.

I was very kind and told him there is zero interest here so i wouldnt want to waste his time. He told me I should quit the job or accept him and he will increase my salary.

I told him to give me a week to think about it.

What should I do?

The bitter truth is that you should quit the job cause it's a loose-loose situation. If you say yes he will eventually sack you if you have a boyfriend or when he gets tired of you

Then his wife will eventually get to know cause nothing is hidden under the sun and some women can be very possessive so you don't want to risk your life just to satisfy your boss.

Then he may just be threatening you just to see what your reaction will be but if he doesn't recall you after the sack, God who has seen that you made the right decision will reward you with a better job

Since the world don't revolve around him, he can't stop her getting job else where. So, she is at her liberty to walk out willingly.. People quits or changes job liberally and willingly for many reasons, even this type of case inclusively.. So, she should not manipulate and abuse the liberty she has without using excuse and sympathy cards..

I had the same experience as your sister with a very randy lecturer,i involved my dad quickly and he borrowed sense and kept his distance,its very bad,i don't know why some men behave this way

Get a small recorder and record the discussion between you and your boss forcing you to sleep with him. Make sure you get it on video too.

Please don't sleep with him no matter what.

If he dates sack you, use it to sue his ass and make millions.

Take this advise very close to your heart and take it with you for the rest of your life.

Having an affair with your boss isn't a guaranty that your job is secured. The fact that you're employed to fill that role should arose suspicion in you. Definitely someone was relieved of that role before you're asked to fill the void.

By the time he's done and tired of your Hot pot, he'll look for someone else and fire you. It's that simple. He did the same to the lady holding the post you occupy before you're employed and he will do the same to you too. So at the end, which job is it that you're claiming to love and trying to protect?

If you wanna have a fling with your boss, do so with the clear conscience of being promiscuous yourself and not hide it under the guise of being lured to promiscuity by your boss bcuz it sure takes 2 to tangle and we all know it. Doing it doesnt guarantee your job. You may still lose the job, after you have lost your vagina too. You will also become a topic to him and his friends if you do it.

Standing your ground may make u lose yoir job, and at the same time, may appeal to his reason, and make him leave your matter. That is if he still have an oita of human reason in him.

If he has an ummarried brother or nephew of your age that you know, contact that one to give u a bail out if he feels like. He should just tell his uncle that he likes u and want to consider you for something serious. It MAY make him leave u. Even if you have to pay the brother to say that on your behalf

4. Is it a one man business and he is the owner? If not you can always complain to HR if the company has an HR department
5. Is your boss married? If he is then this is a NO NO
6. Is your boss unmarried?
7. Is your boss good looking and do you find him attractive?
8. Does your boss have an history of dating his employees? (you can ask questions to find out about this)
9. Are you ready for a fling (office romance)?
