A lady identified as Harriet Vihenda Akunava, a former student at the University of Nairobi, Kikuyu campus has confessed that she is HIV positive.

At a glance, Harriet carries everything a normal man desires and lusts for, she got the hips, booty, figure and the face. Same to a perfect recipe for ruining any man’s life.

She however shattered lives, when she made the confession on August 3, on her instagram page, announcing that she was positive and was sleeping with men as a form of revenge.

Harriet revealed that she found out she had tested positive to the virus according to a video she made, but had decided to keep quiet about her status because she was bitter.

She infected so many men to the extent that she created a list which was later posted on social media. Well the list showed the top 16 names of men she infected with the deadly virus and their campus.

Through her Instagram account, Harriet asked men who have been having escapades with her to get tested.

“It’s time I come clean. I was bitter for many months but I can’t do this anymore. I am HIV positive and I have been infecting men. I am sorry, forgive me. Get tested if I have hanyad you,” she wrote.
