Big thanks to you guys for the contributions on my request for help with my Acrobat adobe javascript, searched but couldn't find your comments anymore. I was able to solve my probelm by filling the forms at a cyber cafe, saved it to my devise and uploaded from my laptop.

I also did read a lot of comments about the 1/3 year PGWP and I'm really impressed at the amount of information you guys are putting out to help other people with their quest, big kudos to you all! As a result of the info I now have, I intend to change my school of study even though I have paid my tuition deposit and submitted my study permit application.

I applied to Saskpoly because of it's international students pathway,( all you need is that you have six months work experience in your field of study to apply for SINP) and got the admission in Business Accountancy for winter semester. Like someone mentioned during the course of the argument; no one saw Covid 19 come and those who are got the 1year PGWP this year would really need extra grace to scale through this period.

Now the thing is, I have decided to apply to another school with a 2 year PGD so I can get a 3 year PGWP and save myself the impending hassle then ask for a refund from Saskpoly after my study visa is approved.

Please my people I need your help, I want to do a financial management PGD at a school in British Columbia but the tuition fees I'm seeing is too high. Please does anyone know of anyone that is less expensive still in BC or any other province.

PS: I like British Columbia just because of its weather.

it’s not compulsory you do so
People do it to show financial capability to the VO or your school tells you to pay a tuition deposit
Paying your fees doesn’t guarantee you the visa mind you
Also check with your school return policy if you intend to do so.

To your questions

1) Do make a research on the school websites to know their tuition fee for international students, you might see a quite cheap one

2) it can be very competitive, cos of other students from other countries who might have an higher CGPA, publication etc. than yours, you will need stand-out in your application processing for a Masters (Most esp. if a Cover Letter or Statement of Interest is required)

3) U don't need an English Requirement (u are exempted), cos you come from an English Speaking Country (Nigeria), and from your Primary, and High Sch days to University Level, ur medium of instruction was English all through. Alternatively, u can get a Letter of Confirmation of English language proficiency from the school u graduated from (Visit or Contact ur School Registrar

4) Guess you will need to make a researcher on that yourself , or probably you can make enquiry from members in house about the province your sch. of interest is located.

The roles are in Skill Level C category which are not eligible for CEC ( canada experience class) so you cant use it to apply for PR. For your second question, it is not compulsory to have an IT background, so far you can demonstrate you have a previous work experience working as a CSR, you will be fine. Pardon me for the late response.

Are you still in London?

Do you know you can increase your CRS score by obtaining a BCS certificate IT that gives you additional 33 points? You should exhaust all options before concluding. Again, was your BSc background in medical related fields or you are considering going for undergraduate degree. If not, you cant get admitted directly into nursing which just any background. Medical line is highly regulated in Canada therefore their strict process.

I need help with university suggestions( reasonable school rates), schools that will make us eligible to apply for PR, location ideal for family. My kids are less than 4yrs, so I know they wont be starting school yet.

What is the first step to take? My transcript is being evaluated by WES at the moment. I know I have to write ielts, I have been practicing and will take the exam next month.

I intend to study nursing. I have a science background, bsc in microbiology but masters was in a professional field.

3. A copy of your int'l passport.
4. If you have not been in school for over 2 years please briefly describe (a sentence or two is sufficient) what you have been doing since graduation.

If the University in Canada requires you to complete an initial deposit in order to secure your seat in the program. Please pay for it and provide proof before applying for your study permit.

Sorry same thing they did to me, I applied university of Manitoba, try them easy to apply no stress.

It is true that the University of Manitoba is very easy to get without much stress for an undergraduate degree. However, the institution will not offer you a straightforward admission into your choice of program. Generally, you will be given an admission into the University 1 program which will be a prerequisite into your enrollment to your main program. Most times it's a bit dicey to explain to the visa officer about your intent to study and type of program/degree.

With that being said, the University of Regina will grant you a direct admission into a Bachelor's program which gives you the opportunity to be able to explain to the visa officer about your interest in pursuing the program in Canada. To me, this is much more better than a University 1 program. In all, applicants do get approval with it, depending on your explanation to the VO about the prerequisite program.

Please note that the insightful information I share here is based on my first-hand experiences with several institutions both at the undergraduate and postgraduate level.

The reason why I decided I want to go for the diploma course is because of the fee, its cheaper than PGD/C
Secondly, most of the PGD/C i have seen are 1year program, and I want a 2year program, in order to get 2 to 3 years PGWP, and that's is what most diploma offer.

The reason I wanted to go for management related courses is because it will be a little bit easier to secure a job in a qualified NOC if i want to apply for PR. Moreso, I have more than 2 years work experience as a CSO in a financial institution.

I have seen so many people give you wonderful suggestions and I completely agree with all they have told you.

Just to add, you can consider Business analysis, even if it is a 1 year PGC and close to graduation, you can try applying for jobs such as customer service analysts, customer support analyst, Global service support analyst and so forth.

If you want 3 years PGWP, you can apply for another 1 year PGC in Data analysis/science.

In these days of organizations employing individuals with T shaped skills, having a combination of Business and Data analysis skills alongside your previous experience in customer service is a big advantage for you.
