This is very impressive. This will push for a very competitive automobile market here in Nigeria. Very soon, more automobile companies will roll out and all those guys that would buy cars and use them for some months or even a few years and put them up for sell and still want to recover all they spent on the car ( especially those that want to sell 2004 - 2007 corolla), would find it challenging recouping their funds. I'm particularly looking forward to seeing more of made-in-Nigeria vehicles on our Nigerian roads just as it is in China, Japan, Germany and so many other countries.

I was shocked when I discovered that some people believe that the word Nord came from Ford. That's a shocking level of ignorance. It meant that they do not know that the word Nord has existed for more than a millenia (long before the Ford Motor Company was dreamt of) and that it means North. There have been very many companies that have had the name Nord.

I keep on saying it that the enemy of the blackman/woman is their fellow blacks. I find it nauseating when I see supposed adults here misbehaving. You get to see hate remarks like Igbos, afonjas, pigs and all that. And these are people who are expecting that the reins of leadership be handed over to them soon.

Why not look for another more fitting name.... What is the meaning of NORD? Are we trying to copy FORD just like we copied Hollywood for Nollywood.
