My only problem is you don't really seem to understand that everyone isn't the same, your approach to business works for you, but may not work for others, I'd suggest you only advice co partners on what to do rather than to to cajole them to adopt your business strategy.

You seem like someone that gives people a lot of leeway but once pushed to the wall, turn a hard cheek and damn the consequences. I also deduced that if you adopt jpworld's business strategy, you wouldn't get optimum performance from your business partners. Please don't let any one change your business approach. I totally agreed with Angryigboman on some of his submissions. Car wash, eating out most times and other things are some of the things that increase expenses, especially for a driver on rent.
