It just can't. Caracas alone would be 12m thereabout. Have done over 4 Duplex to Caracas from 2018 - 2019. So realistically 15m can't finish a Duplex of 4 Bedroom to Painting in 2020. Not even now things are on the high side.

Raised Bungalow is a bungalow with a penthouse.

*Basic Finishing* means nothing luxury. Just good enough. The house will still have parapet, stone-coated roofing, casement windows, good american panel doors, pop ceiling but toilet and kitchen walls may be have half tiles or selected areas only, kitchen cabinets won’t be luxury type, simple burglary etc.

It’s not an old school design

Hello all. Seeing the debate about interlocking and stamped concrete, I'm curious why most people don't go for landscaping and concrete for the walkway only. What are the advantages of common practices against landscaping and concrete? Water sprinklers are very cheap and DIY friendly. Looks like a no brainer to me but I'm sure I'm missing something.
