At 123 reg for Everytime you click on request auth code , a new code is generated. What you have to do now is to wait for some time(maybe 2 hrs), request a new code and send to the end-user, tell them to use the new code to request transfer.
Hopefully it works out

My supposed first sale was supposed to have come a lot earlier at $1500.

But Netsol fvcked with me. Name became available after its been sold and was bought by another domainer.

Today, that domain is a website.

It's one of the many reasons I'll never use Netsol even if they're doing a $1 promo.

Happy Sunday guys. I acquired one domain that dropped last night. Kinda two words, two syllables domain like say 'PayPal' or 'YouMe' for example. The owner has been using it for his product consecutively since 2013 and never let it go. I just discovered this morning that he trademarked the name since 2013 too and his trademark filling expired last month but still showing Live Trademark when I checked!

I'm kind of scared, I don't want wahala... Am I free to still own the domain or should i ask for a refund?

I have a domain of a city with about 2 million population but no reply for 3 months now even though it's a good name and was recommended to me by an experienced domainer here.

Some people say it's grace that may make a sale to happen, well, I don't know if that is true. One can sell a domain with about 20 end users and less than 40k population while the other ones with high population and end users will still be smiling at you.

Don't ask for a refund. Keep that name. If he doesnt renew the trademark, then may be you have an edge.
The worst that can happen is to loose the name later to him or even win it against him. As long as you are not in the country of his residence, his legal team cannot harass you. You can only loose the name later.
I have sold trade marked name to the same company for 1.5k before even when I mistakenly register it in another extension. Good luck.
