I overthink everything don't get me wrong I appear confident most times but mehn in my head I have 10 different people telling me how Nd what to do, This causes me to act/react impulsively without thinking things through it has affected me in various fields of my life how do I find balance/focus cuz thinking too many things at same time has now made it difficult for me to concentrate. This started during my nysc days and it has affected me both in relationship Nd work I need to get rid of this issue b4 it affects me further cuz I've plans of furthering my education what do I do??
