Honestly, u can't learn domaining in 30 mins. Those guys u quoted are also still learning. It is a never ending learning process.

If u really want to learn, start from page 1 to at least page 1000 of this thread. That's where the learning starts...

Do not ask for any refund, do not delete the domain neither, even if he wants to make any case; he will spend minimum of about $2000 to file the case and if you are selling for around $1000 -$1500 he will rather prefer to buy the name from you. Fighting for trademark is not for free.

I typed it into my browser now and see that the site is coming soon. Actually if I have money, I can buy such a domain as a patriotic citizen. Such a name can be used to write things happening in Nigeria and about Nigerians politics as a whole. When it has enough traffic, A presidential candidate can use the slang, "kickoffNigeria" and they will direct everything to that site. People like us that are ANTI - PDP AND ANTI - APC will gladly support it ...

IMO Sha, and I won't be surprised if it is built totally on something else.
