good day everyone. I noticed videos ain't clear on my redmi note 8 pro, same video will be so clear in other phones. I even had to watch some Facebook and Instagram videos on my new phone and it's still d same thing, not clear. any idea?

As long as it is from a good source it is. Another good one is the Mi 2C powerbank. I think the Mi powerbanks has better conversion rate from what I have read.

That's because the videos are low resolution videos, and those other phones probably have lesser resolutions compared to your new phone. You can test by watching YouTube videos on your new phone, and set the resolution at 1080p. You should note that the higher the resolution, the more data will be consumed.
I have seen threads here on Nairaland where people complained that their Gotv was not as crisp on their new 4k Tv as it was on their old Sd/480p TVs. I also had a friend who complained of such some years back after upgrading from an HD Ready Tv (720p) to a full HD tv (1080p). In fact, he almost sold the new TV because he thought the new one was inferior grin.

No pop-up adverts on the screen. If you see such it is from a free app that have ads.

MIUI ads are in their apps and can easily be disabled. A guide to that is available when you are ready. But I know Nigeria region barely see ads.

There's no pop up advert on your screen except for some Xiaomi apps which of course you can disable. If you are that curious, these apps include the file manger app, Mi browser, Mi music, themes app, Mi video, and the security app. If you download any app from the play store that contains ads, you'll surely get ads when using such apps irrespective of the brand you use.
