I like! It's been so long i ate plaintain. The plaintain my sister-in-law gave to me has refused to ripen. 2 weeks now, despite me keeping it in a dark place. Do you know what else i can do to it? It is quite stubborn.

Throw the bunch in the bin or give them to any MOPOL you see.

Wrap it in a plastic bag (nylon) to warm up for like 24hrs. It'll ripen fast that way.
