Even if i consider carrying such load, definitely not the gear box though. I charge the rider for excess or inconvenience load. After all some interstate transport service charge for excess luggage and when taking a flight they charge for every kg exceeding the required amount of kg for luggage. No be by force

This will be my 3rd and final week doing uber, we are in Mber months, forget curfew, trip is now back to back plus surge.

During mber months, there is high rate of movement in Lagos, plus school openings and international airport opening, my rent will be increased starting next week

I don't always comment on this forum but I won't let this slide. I don't know why people are not saying anything about it.

Do to others what you can do to yourself.

You displayed your drivers identity up and down on this forum but could not do same to yourself. That is if you're the rightful owner of the above displayed account.
Is it because they are common drivers?
True true This life no balance.

Good day gentlemen/women
Please I recently stumbled across this thread and I’ve been reading with great interest. I have a question if someone will be so kind to humor me. Is investing about a million in Uber/bolt still viable ?.

Annoyingly, most of these guys know it's more expensive to use all these cab guys or hire a truck.

The day I went to Ladipo to get some stuffs for my car, the least the cab guys were telling me was 18K. In my mind, how much things wey I buy wey I wan use 18K carry am

I ordered a ride, last last na 5K the guy carry am. Bolt actually estimated the ride to be 4,200, I think, but the guy wanted it offline, so I told him I'd pay 5K, which he was fine with. The road was super free that day so it was a win-win situation for both of us.

A rider wanted to put a full sized bed on my car, plus other luggage o. Nothing wey we no dey see for this work.

Please I would like to ask of any good conventional/mineral oil of the 5w30 grade I can use for a 2004 Corolla. I have searched wide and it's the expensive synthetic oils I always see in that 5w30 grade. The cheapest I have seen is Mobil Semi synthetic locally made 5w 30 at 5500 naira. I have been using it but it shorts at 2500km so I have to top up one litre and use till 4500-4800km then I go for service.

I prefer frequent oil changes so I don't want to use expensive synthetic 5w 30 oils.

In my opinion 1litre per 2500km.. Is not bad for a 16 year old engine, I personally will just live with it.
If it was like 1liter per 1000km..i would have adviced you forget 5w oil & use cheapest 20w-50 grin grin

Please guide me through, trying to register an HP car on Uber but the insurance paper carries different name from the driver license, and according to instruction i was told to upload agreement from the owner before the insurance paper. i was able to upload the agreement but unable to upload the insurance paper. thou yet to confirm the documents. please is there room for second chance

You shouldn't have uploaded anything aside insurance. Your DL name doesn't need to carry same as the insurance. If it were like that, no drivers on rental would have been able to upload insurance because the cars wouldn't bear their names as on DL

Is not about weekly rental, uber/bolt will always supply u trip that we make u meet up ur weekly rental. Is about common sense.

Driver risk been arrested and vehicle impounded, and if such happens i will make sure the ipo is present in court to testify against the driver, be it my own car.

Reasonable riders will request 2 cars.

One of my driver once follow BRT lane, he was arrested, he claim passenger pressure him to follow brt lane, i insist passenger must also be arrested for been an accomplice, we went after the passenger and he got arrested also, i file a bond retrieve my car, and even help drive the police to court to serve as a witness.

you really have time
