My Redmi Note 9s

When call most time you have to use loudspeaker (this happens everytime after i use my mi in-ear earpiece; wired)
Vibrate while pressing (first time I'm finding it difficult to turn off in any device)
Google camera weird (black air looks like white. Overall horrible)...
I'll appreciate your guides to sort those

I understand you perfectly, I'm selling mine for and getting mi 10(someone just told me here)
It became so frustrating i brought a oraimo wireless earpiece.

For the vibrating part you can turn it off in the sound settings I guess

The redmi 9s is lit.
Good battery performance
Nice camera
Good software
I have being using mine since June 25th

That issue was a software bug, not a hardware problem.

Zoom is a battery guzzler.

I spent 30mins and lost about 20% in between full brightness and average brightness.

Anything that has to do with camera is battery consuming, now add simultaneous network usage to it.

Note 8 pro

No where in the instructions was it stated that you should extract the Zip file downloaded.

Secondly are you sure the MIUI 12 ROM you downloaded is for your Phone. Post the about section of your phone and post a Screenshot to the ROM you downloaded.

Yes I was asked to extract the file which I did but no where to install or update

I am posting this instructions once again. Read it carefully and tell me where there is extract written anywhere

How to manually update..

Go to Settings > About phone > System update.

If tapping the 3-dot button shows the “Choose update package” option, click on that and choose the downloaded ROM from your internal storage or SD card. In case you don’t find the “Choose update package” option from the 3-dot menu, tap on the MIUI 11 logo inside the “System update” page several times. A prompt will then show that additional updater settings are now available. Now you can tap on Choose update package and select the MIUI 11/12 update file

That’s it. The system will start decrypting the file and install it automatically for you. Wait for it to finish the process, which may take 10-30 mins

Data should be on during the decryption process

The instructions only asked you to select the zip file when you get to the choose update package step. No where were you asked to extract.

I was surprised, I need to look for power bank, because might need to spend 4hrs daily soon

Please ensure you read really carefully before even downloading, you can get your device damaged easily if you do something wrong.

Force restart (hold power button for 15 seconds) your device and try again.
