Eilenora:Hi @Eilenora, Has your medical status been updated on IRCC? Mine was updated on September 3 to "Passed" |

The image below answers many questions concerning those Pakistanis who got AIPs and later got refusals. I wonder why IRCC would make such an error though. This message was sent to the CIC accounts of some Pakistani applicants who had earlier gotten an AIP. So far, the issue seems restricted to only Pakistani applicants. I haven't seen persons from other nationalities with this issue.

vibrant99:Please how sure are you about being almost impossible to get visa for colleges? I am about to apply for study permit after getting admission for PGC in Humber College. I had a 2.1 in my BSc. Documents and SOA are good. Is it advisable I go ahead with the study permit processing? |

Ysakaws1:2.1 and going for a PGC? Hmmm. |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 17 by Anon123: 12:21pm On Sep 05, 2020 |
vibrant99:I just don't know where you guys get this information from..pls where is your source? Cos its feeding people with unverifiable information and it's scary. I will advise you go back to several threads backs and see PGD applicants getting approval. One notable person in that category is naijaforeigner. A 2.1 bsc graduate, traveled to canada for a PGD, graduated and working. I have repeated this here severally, a visa approval is dependent on how your package your application and sop. Its also dependent on the visa officer whixh is why everybody needs God. Be you a masters with scholarship or not or a PGD with deep pockets or not, you can either get an approval or get denied. Your school or level of program doesnt add jack. |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 17 by Anon123: 12:24pm On Sep 05, 2020 |
Ysakaws1:Pls ignore that bolded cos people keep feeding wrong information here. If thats the course you want to go for and its related to your bsc or experience, pls go ahead cos its your choice. No dy listen to everything people on nairaland says, pick what you need ignore the rest. A master degree holder just got denied in her gcms note and she just did her biometrica the same yesterday, na 2.1 she get o. So please trust yourself, your application and most importantly get God involved. It will end in praise |

My DEAR Some where up there i also wrote it is an opinion and also based on information and experience . Everytime you people will be asking of source , is there anywhere that there is a source of VISA approval/Rejections? You went on to give us a name of JUST one person , NAIJAFOREIGNER? not 100 people not 1000people? How many people are following this thread? How many people are replying this comment? But you only one person who had 2.1 and went to College? Do you know how many people apply to college from Nigeria alone? use this page as a guide , you will be surprised, then follow up with them one after the other and ask them about their application and how it went. Most of them even backed out and have left NAIRALAND. I wrote my experience down and you are countering with mere sentiments? do you know how many college applications i am personally aware of? they are not even on this page, even some people who live in Europe who came back to Nigeria Just to apply.... This Naija people dey tire sometimes. My brother if 100 people Applied to College in Canada with 1st Class or 2.1 or 2.2, Tell anybody anywhere that i said it, Less than 10 People will get Approval, Come up with your content and i will waiting. STOP making people throw their Monies away for nothing. If you want Send your application to the best Pastor to pray on it, if na College oo, Your application change is through the eye of the needle. Mind you , If you are applying for COLLEGE, be aware! Anon123: |

vibrant99:Fair enough, if am following this and what the guy said It should also mean 2.2 can't get a visa approval as well. Mind you 2.2 can't get a masters. |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 17 by vibrant99(m): 12:56pm On Sep 05, 2020 |
I have never asked anyone anywhere not to apply for Visa , I have only asked someone who is applying the third time to Quit because i saw the chances were not good, The Brother is in a better place as i write . I will say you should apply first and be sure it is your strong will, .... Money hard now, i don't go about advising people unnecessarily but based on the fact that someone have already crept in with their JESUS-Walk-on water kind of Faith, i won't stand in your way. It will end in Praise like FRANK will always say. Ysakaws1: |

Anon123:bro I don’t know why the mentality of Nigerians is they can’t get approval going to colleges applying from Nigeria, that mentality is messed up and it has eaten a lot of people up... aren’t other countries getting approval or are the VOs not Canadians attending to everyone just different locations Nawa o |

Let me explain it for you... Nigerians do know what is called Statistics and Data, it means nothing to them. Even as we speak, we don't know how many people are currently living in your area. When ever you want to know if anything works , it is Statistics and the data available that people use. How many people tried this , How many people did it work for , how many people failed in it? It helps to show you if it is feasible, You asked a question.... Oya scroll back and Check everyone that wrote about their Approval from 2 years back till today on Nairaland and on this Thread, Check the schools they applied to and see if the College you are scampering for is enough to give you some hope. In layman's language , How many of them is College? Tonyodg: |

vibrant99:Are there no universities in the province a college is in. This statistics isnt only for college applicants but everybody (masters and PGD) Again i will say this visa approval is left for the visa officer to decide. He/she decides based on what you submitted. Criteria of decision, nobody here can tell you but I will say its not based on level of program. Thats why Frankrobben will always end each statement with IT WILL END IN PRAISE. |
