well iwobi is our only half decent AMF for now. personally i would start alex but I understand why forgiveness pick that kind of starting line up. it would seriously make use of our attacking threat. this starting IX can still be devastating without having to rely on a number 10.

True talk. I will also also affect one of our wingers ooo. Remember, Bazee is also a German and he is likely to get a call. grin

On what basis

Poor performance, injury prone, lack of impact, mediocrity or the one over riding consideration he is German.

Is he better or has he ever been better than Ademola Lookman, Bright Osayi and even Sammy Ameobi ❓ Or even the rank outsider Bobby Adekanye.

those German boys go give rohr big headache. Balogun and omeruo nor go ever start match again. Na Awaziem go suffer am pass lol

Uduokhai, torunarigha and adarabioyo go be good upgrade

Omeruo shouldn't dare return to turkey or else he shud forget abt the national team.

Balogun is getting older and his case is worst because of the emergence of the above mentioned trio who re much younger and plays in better rated leagues in europe

Moving to boavista will stall awaziems national team career so i advise his agent to push for a move to atleast the French, Dutch or even the Belgian top tier

Take it easy. Seria A defence is not moimoi. If he eventually scores 25 goals I don't see him in Napoli next season.
its definitely not moi moi, and unless dries meterns, insigne larvano etc fail to supply him chances, as long as chances keep coming he is a converter...

Let me indulge you small bros, I grew up on Ronaldo, de lima offcourse, I dont know how I got it but I have a best of Ronaldo cd, And I watched it everyday, it’s my favorite thing to watch.... The way he moves, the way he danced around defenders the way he scores embarassed he makes scoring look like beans, all types and manner of goals, enough on el phenomenon.... My point is osihmen is not Ronaldo and cannot ever ever be Ronaldo, he has way too much force to be milk like Ronaldo but in osihmen I see some similarities in the kind of ways he executes his goals... Theres one particular goal he scored at Lille and I kept re watching the goal, forgotten how it went down but he was on top speed, and the way he drifts and still manage to turn and slot past the goalkeeper shocked, Only Ronaldo can do that Shit.. i was like damn, we’ve got ourselves a striker...

I really believe if you supply him passes, just him getting a sniff of space there will be trouble, He is that type of dangerous strikers that can score in tight and uncomfortable situations...

As long as them create chances, barring form and injury he would most definitely score....

Sorry to burst your bubble sir. But non of Ademola Lookman or Bobby Adekanye is an upgrade to Bazee based on last season stats. As for Bright Osayi,he had his chance to play UCL and top flight football with Club Brugge buh he chose to stay in his comfort zone, Hence none deserves to be invited. The only excuse you can make for bazee's invitation is that no switch of allegiance is needed unlike the others.

Well, Ademola and Bazee still need to play this season to deserve a call.

I don't know if Bobby still wants to play for us after we rejected him several times.

Sammy will never be considered again because he lost the chance to play for us.

Osayi, I don't know what Rohr is thinking about him and I don't know if he wants to play for us.

Ajagun is currently playing in Belgium pro League as an AMF, we should give him a chance before we think of Rabiu.

Very interesting lineups Forgiveness.

Two questions.

1. Iheanacho in the AM role/Behind the striker role behind Osimhen instead of Iwobi. Hmmm.... Why so? Can you give reasons?

2. Mikel Agu instead of Joe Aribo. Agu is a DM like Ndidi so why drop a CM and Box-to-box machine in Aribo for a Destroyer DM like Agu? Really interested in your take.

Observations:

1. Zaidu for Collins. Yes. But I won't be too fast. Zaidu looks very likely to indeed displace Collins but Collins did drop some good numbers from LB last season. All the same, Zaidu will be an upgrade overall.

2. Moses Simon for LW. Honestly, at the moment, he starts. Kalu is a fav of Rohr but so also is Simon. Both have their standout qualities but Simon is the more in-form of the two. A player who played just one season for Nantes and earned a place in their Team of the Decade says a lot about his one season performance. He was even Nantes player of the year and a Marc Vivien foe award (Best African player in Ligue 1) nominee.
However, the emergence of Chidera Ejuke (who is also very likely to get his first Call-up ahead of October) will add even more fight to the LW role as the battle intensifies for who locks down the role permanently as first choice L-Winger but Simon leads for now.

3. Okoye for Uzoho if both feature regularly in their respective leagues. Well, it is a probability but it would be a battle. Uzoho is still first choice and if he is doing just as well in Cyprus as Okoye does in Holland, he may still keep the #1 shirt for a while at the beginning but it won't be for long if Okoye keeps it up in the Eredivisie.

4. Semi Ajayi for Balogun. Yes. But again... The defence is being reinforced which brings me to #5.

5. I assure you this Forgiveness. The "Germans" are coming. wink

6. @bolded names... I had to spell Iheanacho rightly TWICE for you. And Zaidu too. You too dey misspell their names sometimes. Iffa catch you again ehn!!! angry

I can't lie. I have been dreaming of an Iheanacho+ Osimhen combination for years. Nothing against iwobi but I just feel that is the dream combo. Maybe it is my Golden Eaglets bias grin

Then it is nice to see your return my good man. Three bottles just for me? That's a bit much don't you think? grin Anyway, thank you.

And yes indeed, great time to be A Super Eagles fan. The team is fast evolving and taking better shape.

For the four upcoming games (2 friendlies and the Afcon qualifiers double header), I would rather not wanna sound predictive yet. wink Would take it one at a time but I certainly don't see us losing anyone. Time will tell.

You see three wins and a draw? Hmmm... Who are we gonna share points with? Care to reveal?

Between ivory coast and Tunisia. Although there's also a likelihood we'll win all.
