I recall attending a wedding in 2008 with my mom. it was our neighbour who got married. as per neighbour things, my mom and I made the mistake of not eating before leaving the house. we went for church service on top.

At the reception, servers were serving food supervised by the sister to the groom. At a point, my mom was so hungry that she accosted the sister to the groom and told her she hadn't eaten. after plenty apologies, she served my mom.

as we were leaving the reception, we saw a cooler of soup and jollof that poured on the floor and we laughed so hard.

last last, eat before going for any occasion. E get why.

Aswear! U know the story.....some hosts can be so unorganized that they will make u regret not eating at home. To avoid stories that touch I always treat myself before I get to the wedding venue even if it's to branch at a restaurant and eat-in

Spaghetti Plating

In this picture I used Tweezer

1...Insert a tweezer, kitchen tong or carving fork through the amount of spaghetti you need to serve.

2...Lift the tweezer over the pan and twirl horizontally you can turn several times for loose strands to fall back to the pan.

Third Photo

3... Immediately you have that round shape, place it on a plate and use a spoon or fork to hold the back and pull the tweezer out.

Note:

●Most restaurants chef use scissors to cut off those long strands you see when you lift the tweezer up to get a perfect plating.

●You can also use a small spoon if you don't have the type I used.

Very simple, try it several times to perfect it.

Thanks Amor.. Coming for that rice tongue

It was just one I used, which was the Tweezer, not all cutlery.. I just sample those ones because I don't know the one he have at home.

Your name though...Still I don't know why you can't speak Spanish or Italian.. Someone with that username should be able to speak both language.. cheesy
