Spaghetti| Moi moi| Dodo| Baked - fried fish....garnished with my home grown parsley

What's the name of this fish again? They seller called it stock fish. I actually wanted to buy croaker after seeing peeps post croaker fish here. The fish was very very delicious. I used to think it was tasteless but my spices did the magic.
