Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. wink
Invest thay money in Agriculture and you could travel to any country of your choice for vacation, relocating might not always be the best option.

Pray to God for directions and if you are not saved yet, Givr your life to Jesus

I think this question is best answered when you divulge information of your qualifications and expertise. You don't wanna go to any country without having qualifications or expertise that would allow you to either study or work..

If you have none of the two then I don't know which means you intend using, except you go for business, which I don't really know how it works.

Why not think of what business you can do with the money here in Nigeria. You will have a piece of mind, do your thing in your own way, be your BOSS and enjoy your life rather than lavish your money on an uncertain mission which can fail (God forbid) at any time.

Agric business sells here in Nigeria.

Have you tried poultry farming, fish farming, snail farming, cattle, ram e.t.c. invest your money in fruit cultivation. Cucumber, water melon, sugarcane and many more. If you stay in Lagos you can contact me. I will get you a piece of land that will serve these purposes

The ball is in your court!

With what visa are you trying to enter a foreign country with precisely? Because to "hustle" legally you will need a work permit or permanent residency for the country you intend going to. To get a work permit for a western country is not easy at all talkless of permanent residency which can take years. It does not even matter how much money you currently have because that money will run out quick once you have to start paying rent, utility bills and groceries in your new country of residence.

Too many Nigerians I have noticed have enough money for airline ticket but do not have sufficient money to live relatively comfortable in the western world long enough until they can obtain either a work permit or permanent residency.

In addition, Nigerians are not aware that immigration policies are getting tougher and tougher each year. Even countries that are considered developing countries are making it extremely difficult for immigrants and potential immigrants how much more advanced countries.

I am not trying to discourage you. I am not saying you shouldn't migrate but what I am saying is be realistic. I see too many Nigerians stuck here abroad suffering. They couldn't get their papers (work permit, permanent residency permit, naturalized citizenship) as they had hoped for. They have no money to survive and before you know it, they start engaging in crime just to survive thereby soiling the already damaged reputation of Nigeria further. There is a reason why foreign missions in Nigeria make it so difficult for Nigerians to obtain a visa.

Many of you think that we are picking money on the streets here abroad but that's a fallacy. If you are able to get at least a work permit that will enable you to legally pick up employment in the country you are planning to migrate to, then by all means make the move. However, if you are thinking of coming on a tourist visa with the hope of overstaying, you will be making a big mistake.

Many of these Western countries are voting in leaders lately who are leaning towards conservative, right wing, anti-immigrant ideologies and don't want people from so-called "shithole" countries coming to their countries in search of the proverbial greener pastures except if you are perhaps a professional with skills being highly sought after in these advanced nations, example medical professionals for instance.

So think about all I have said considering that you are already married with a child. If you get stuck abroad for years on end, don't complain when another man starts taking care of your wife's sexual needs. After all, body no be firewood. Your child also needs you the father. Just saying.

- From a concerned foreign-born Nigerian residing legally in the diaspora
Fact!! don't even bother yourself about wether you are discouraging him or not, he can take it how he likes. everything you have written above are facts!.

Your only option is to go for Asylum/Refugee claim in Canada.....

Hope you know Nigeria tops the list of asylum claimants in Canada and they already know Nigerians are making up stories. Just tread carefully.

The OP should try the Student path to any country and will be fine.

Did you say huge amount of money? Convert #2.5mil to dollars and it's equal to $5555 and after you deduct return ticket from that money, you'll be left with nothing

I'll advise he save more because standard of living are very high out there. That's why most Nigerian's result to fraud/scam/prostitution.

Ah ah...ticket money won't exceed 1k USD...what he needs is just to get there, and the reliable path is via school, and work is sure if he goes for Canada.

don't go to country and say you want to hustle, that's how u guys end up tarnishing Nigeria image abroad, now your 3million can take you to studies abroad am not talking of Germany or Western Europe but eastern European country like Poland with minimum cost of living, you can look for admission in a school with low tuition let say below 1000 eur, the cost of living in Poland is very affordable. Your 3million can take you to Poland 100% if u arrange ur self well
This is true

Ghana beats Nigeria only in security and power supply to be honest. And even then, that is if you compare from the bird's eyeview.

In real terms living in Abuja is better than living in Accra across all income levels.

I don't know what you study or level of you knowledge in IT field...

If you got some idea about programing pls go for Cyber Security Coder... You will definitely be a cyber security professional and might use the coding skills to write tools that automate certain security tasks..
