Started noticing a some boils on my neck a few days ago.

And they are now spreading to my chest area. The boils are not painful but if I press them a little, it pains but very little.

Also they are a little hard. In light, they look like they are carrying pus in them and the head is kind of whitish.

Please what could be causing this

Bro I am not trying to get you worried or scared but swollen lymph nodes should not be taking lightly. It's an indication that the body's immune system has most likely being compromised.

Please go see a doctor. And you will be told to do some tests. Good luck
